Interssion and Warfare

Daniel (Son) and Me
This was a paper I wrote after our Sozo conference, hosted at our church, through our World Revival Network of Ministries.
What a wonderful weekend to be alive! The depths of who God is, was being birthed into our hearts this weekend. The reality of the current state of the religious system and the heartbeat of God was being proclaimed through the air. My heart broke the whole weekend with deep cries for the one and only God Almighty, our healer, our deliverer. The longing to be saved, healed and delivered was evident in the eyes of many who came. Will they be a vessel for others who long for His appearing? That was the question that was ringing out?
Saturday night when Pastor Kathy spoke, the heat was on. The urgency for freedom was high and hope in the hearts, were being raised! We could feel the torch on intersession pulling us into a place we needed to go to raise the level of expectation even higher. At one moment I thought Pastor Kathy would fly, (figuratively speaking). Her eyes had seen something she needed to see in the eyes of others. The moment was nearer than, what I think, she had believed. As I looked behind me, half of the church was at their feet waiting for the moment to rush forward, with the anticipation of getting to God.
The hearts had been prepared, the Holy Spirit was moving and active, intersession and warfare was high!! Pastors and leaders from around the world were about to receive their impartation of SOZO! His people need to be set free!! It breaks His heart to see His people not walking in what He has paid for! Every prayer and petition was changing lives in an instant. They longed for it, He longs for it. We availed ourselves to Him, so that His kingdom would advance in the lives of others.
I want to share in my experiences in Revival! Some of the things I will share are through teaching, testimonies and things I have put into practice. Some stories are about the God encounters I've had during a service in our church, or on my own!

A Word Spoken
Intercession and Prayer

A WORD SPOKEN
Sometimes in the realm of prayer, we
think we have to shake our fists, wave our arms, lay on the floor, bow down, raise our
arms, close our eyes, whisper or shout! Prayer is simply a word
spoken. Friday night’s service, J.D. King was lined up to preach.
At the beginning of the service, he came out with a note book in his
hand and said, tonight is it o.k. if we do something a little
different”? He began to name off some conditions that he believed
the Lord wanted to heal. He named them off one at a time, giving
people the opportunity to respond to the word of the Lord.
He spoke out,
shoulders, I know that because my husband had been complaining of a
sore shoulder for weeks! He spoke out, back injuries due to a car
accident, feet problems, sore or broken …etc. He spoke a few other
things, but I don’t recall what they were. This is what I do
recall; people started making their way up to the platform, and
testifying that God had just healed them due to a spoken word. This
continued for awhile, you could feel faith rise, many people
interceding to see God’s word fulfilled.
No one had anyone
lay hands on them, no one fell to the ground, and no one had to
recite a special prayer. No, tonight the word of God was spoken back
to Him and He healed by the power of the spoken word. I would like to
add that it was through prayer that His word became dropped in J.D.’s
spirit. J.D. responded to His word first, and then brought the word
to us to respond to...God is so good! I love this place! All we need
is a word spoken!
Lord help us to speak the words that will bring life to the ones we know, don't know and ourselves! Convict us when we speak words of doubt, fear, death, sickness, hatred, gossip, criticism, or anything that does not line up with you! You are GOOD, so all our words should be GOOD! Thank you for watching over YOUR words to perform them! Remind us that our enemy performs the other words! In the beautiful name of Jesus I say these words to you to perform, amen!

Communication Simplified
Hello this has been on my heart for quite some time, I hope I can say it right!
I have been alive for a few years right?! I have tried many ways of communicating, sometimes I have failed miserably other times, I just FAILED! Now and again, I hit it spot on and this is what I have found out through my own life of trying to live a life that honors God and draws people to Him!
I think the number one area we, as a whole try to do is; sell people things that they don't want to buy! Like for instance we have a bucket of oranges and we take all our time and energy to try to convince an apple person that what they really need is an orange?! We need to get better at analyzing our perspective buyer and stop selling oranges to apple buyers!
I have been very guilty of this. When I gave horseback riding lessons, I wanted everyone to ride dressage!? Here is my new perspective, not everyone should ride dressage! When I first started doing hair I thought everyone should look like I thought they should look!? My new perspective is; not everyone wants to look like I think they should. It shouldn't be this hard!!
We create most of our frustrations by wanting something to be that just either isn't, shouldn't be or it's just not the right time yet! When I first moved to Kansas City and became a member of World Revival Church I thought; everyone needs this and surely will want this!! WRONG! I set myself up for more heartache than a heart should ever ache. Not everyone was meant to be like.....me!! Ouch!!! Yes it is true, even if we have hit the mother load of mother loads on anything, it still does not mean that it is for everyone!
Here is where I live today, no not my address, my heart, ha ha ha!! I know that there are people like me, similar to me, not 100% but I can find orange lovers, dressage riders, hair people and people who love and long for the presence of God like me! These people may be 1 in 100 or 1 in 1,000 it really doesn't matter how many there are, the point is there are. These people do exist and I can either choose to continue to annoy people or I can truly love people for who they truly are!
The bible says it is the love of God that causes people to long for Him. Maybe if we all just stopped trying to convince the ones who aren't hungry to be hungry, maybe in the end they would want what we have because we stopped telling them that we have something they need!
I have found in my tiny little life, that the answer to all of our dreams are found in one little concept! Be.......Be the people that we wished we had in our life, then maybe that will open the door to the people we need too! We truly need to get real with ourselves and ask ourselves hard questions like, why do I want them to like what I like? Why do I want them to go where I go? Why do I want them to be who I want them to be?
I have found for me, I wanted people to be who I needed them to be. Double Ouch! Only Jesus can be who we really need! When we tap into him and his purposes, then we can free people to be who they are supposed to be. Sometime we benefit from that, but many times we don't! The joy comes from seeing other become who they are supposed to be. Like children, maybe they move away and we don't see them often, is it right for us to hold on forever? I have found when I let people go, they come back! Free people today, free everyone you have ever met! Let people just be free!
Be all you were designed to be, I believe in you! God made you, He wants to empower you, you don't have to be alone in anything!! You can and should do what is in your heart to do. Someone needs what you have, be an answer to someone's prayer today! Become, let God mold you into greatness, that is who you were meant to be!
Lord help us!! Help us to be who you designed us to be! We need you and only you working in all that we are! HELP US to become something that we could not be on our own! It shouldn't be this hard, show us the road less traveled and give us the faith to step into our destinies in you! Amen!!
Sorry I have not written lately, I am in the middle of a wedding!! Yippee!
